What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don't own or control or people we don't manage.

What We Do NOT Collect
Your local files remain private. Ishi operates locally on your machine. We do not upload, access, or store the contents of your files, folders, or any data you process using Ishi. Your file operations are executed entirely on your device.

We may share your Personal Data with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors (Stripe), analytics providers (PostHog), and customer support tools.

Tracking Tools and Opt-Out
We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our Services. You can opt out of analytics tracking in the Ishi application settings. We respect Do Not Track browser settings.

Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Personal Data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
